Humidity Test Chambers provide a controlled environment for a wide range of industrial and biotechnical testing applications. This line is designed to duplicate natural conditions, which allows you to determine the limitations of a sample when exposed to various temperature and moisture fluctuations. Humidity cabinets Water-Jacket Models & Air-Jacket Models Humidity cabinets are available with digital control systems. The humidity cabinets are utilized across various processes such as Shelf Life and Half-Life Testing, Packaging, Sterility Testing, Mil-Specifications, Component Burn-In, Vapour Transmission etc. Suitable for carrying out different quality control tests under controlled conditions of temperature and humidity.

Construction

Inner chamber consists of anodized aluminium or S.S. And outer wall of ,.S. Sheet duly painted. The gap of 75m.m. between the outer and inner wall is filled with special grade glass wool to prevent thermal losses.

Air Circulation

A self cooled air circulation fan is fitted to maintain uniform temperature and humidity conditions throughout the chamber.

Temperature

Temperature Range from 5°C above ambient to 60°C is controlled by "JUMO" "EGO" GERMAN Thermostat with an accuracy of + 1°C. The temperature inside the chambers is controlled through programmable micro-processor based temperature controller cum indicator.

Humidity

Humidity is controlled through an imported HUMIDISTAT, thus controlling the desired set humidity range from atmospheric humidity to 95% +3%.

SGM Photo stability Chamber are made as per the ICH guidelines. The chambers closely monitor temperature, humidity and light intensity on rugs and drug substances. The features include compact, high energy efficiency, ozone-friendly refrigerants, proven technology, and wide voltage range. Photo Stability Chambers that are designed with double walled SS mirror polished interior that includes air plenum, cabinet, supports and shelves. Photo stability chambers have UV tubes for ultra violet rays, integrated UV energy share of 200 watts and puff insulation fluorescent tubes for day light effect. Available in many specifications, some of its features are as follows:

1. It is complete with stainless steel tray with lotus shaped spring action clamps.

2. RPM range vary between 50 to 250 RPM.

3. Preset dual display electronic digital temperature controller cum indicator. It helps to generate information, which permits well-considered proposals to be made for the shelf life of drug substances and products and recommended storage condition. Stability data are required to be submitted as a part of the dossier submitted to the regulatory agencies for licensing approvals.

Exterior illumination with fluorescent tubes fitted on both sides of the chamber accounts for artificial day light, and the cyclic illumination conditions are regulated by Automatic 0-24 hrs. timer. When all the tubes are ON temperature form 15°C to 50°C +1°C can be obtained.

Chamber provides the necessary light, enclosed humid atmosphere and warmth for successful plant growth in a laboratory. Construction

It has outer wall made of M.S. Sheet duly painted and inner wall made up of heavy gauge aluminium or S.S. Sheet filled with high grade glass wool to avoid g\thermal loss. Besides outer double walled door, A full view inner glass door allows inspection of test samples without disturbing the inner chamber Conditions. Unit is supplied with three adjustable preformatted shelves.

Temperature range

Temperature range from 5°C to 50°C+ 1°C is controlled by DUAL SETTING Digital Temperature Indicator-cum-Controller so as to set two Different temperatures for Day and night with the help of micro processed 7 days programmable

Humidity

Humidity from ambient to 95% +3% RH is controlled by a controller at temperature ranging from ambient to 50°C and the same is achieved by means of injecting steam. An arrangement for increasing the humidity is provided and not for decreasing

Cooling System

The chamber has cooling system by sealed compressor with all accessories and fan cooled condenser are fitted at the bottom exactly below the working chamber to give efficient cooled desired temperature.

The salt spray test is a standardized test method used to check corrosion resistance of coated samples. Coatings provide corrosion resistance to metallic parts made of steel, zamak or brass. Since coatings can provide a high corrosion resistance through the intended life of the part in use, it is necessary to check corrosion resistance by other means. Salt spray testing is popular because it is cheap, quick, well standardized and reasonably repeatable. The important feature of these chambers is that their control panel is made up of fiber glass. These salt spray chambers are generally used for the testing of corrosion resistance of the metals.

Stability tests are an important step in the development of new drugs and pharmaceutical substances and an indispensable element in the licensing process defined by federal regulating authorities. The chambers reproduce and closely monitor environment with a precise combination of temperature and humidity. The chamber is available in standard size as well as in custom to suit the layout and requirement. Chamber interior is fabricated of stainless steel with dull finish & exterior is of stainless steel / G.I. powder coated. The inner working chamber is water & vapor tight high-grade stainless steel. All seams are arc welded & passivity for strength & durability.

Full View Glass Door

A multi pane viewing door prevents condensation & allows product view. Inner & outer doors are sealed around the entire perimeter by silicon sponge rubber gasket.

Air Circulation

A high efficiency air circulating system is an integral part of chamber construction. This direct drive design has an extended shaft electric motor coupled to aluminium centrifugal blower wheel. This horizontal airflow across the chamber working space provides an even & accurate Temperature gradient.
